Leaves Shadow

Now insureds and claimants can unlock the secrets of insurance and the claims process.

Fairy tales, nursery rhymes, and fables teach children that the world is a dangerous place filled with monsters, witches, evil step-mothers, and claims adjusters, and no one is going to save you.

Until now.

In this witty and informative book, insurance expert Chantal M. Roberts, CPCU, AIC, RPA, ITP begged, borrowed, or bought her wings and wand and through a mixture of fairy tales, nursery rhymes, and fables, she helps insureds and claimants understand the world of property and casualty insurance and claims.

About Me

I am a claims handling expert with 25 years of experience in the field as a multi-lined claims adjuster. My first book is a valuable resource for new and experienced adjusters alike, providing lessons learned and insights into best practices to streamline the claims process.

I'm excited to release my second insurance-themed book which uses fairy tales, nursery rhymes, and fables to explain hard-to-understand property and casualty claim concepts to consumers.

Join me on the bi-monthly Art of Adjusting ® podcast to learn more about claims handling.
